After applying for upwards of 100 positions since graduating in late June, I most likely have finally landed one. I still have a few more things to go through, but it’s looking very good. The position will be with the (redacted), and I’ll be getting trained for three years essentially. Although I don’t know exactly where I’ll be for the three years, I will at least be partially in Cape Canaveral. I’m really excited.
Vaishali and I are still going strong. It’d be nicer if we could see each other more often, but hopefully having a source of income will help with that.
I finally finished Preacher, but I’ve still got about a million different things to read. Preacher was good, and I do think if it was toned down it could be made into an HBO show or something of the sort. The Saint of Killers was probably my favorite character. I still enjoyed Y: The Last Man more, but otherwise I can’t really think of any better series I’ve read.
